bold and black
bold and black is always fantastic, but some people just dont know how to do it! the key to it: dont be afraid to cake on the black eyeshadow! put it on then shape it afterward
black liner, liquid or not, then shadow
accent it with dark purples and blues to add moods
and dont be afraid to take risks!
